Posting content
To start posting content and earn money, you will need to create an account and verify your identity, then you will be able to create posts by accessing the Create Post page, where you can upload any media you want, by either drag and dropping your files onto the text area, or by clicking on the file icon below the text area.
To delete your account, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account and click on your profile.
2. Navigate to the settings menu by clicking on the gear icon.
3. Scroll to the right through the icons and look for the one labeled "Delete," which resembles a trashcan.
4. Click on this icon to access the page.
5. On the account deletion page, you will find an option to delete your account. Click on it to initiate the deletion process.
Once you've completed these steps, your account will be deleted.
Subscriptions
Once you get an account rolling, you can purchase user subscriptions, send tips, and unlock posts with your credit/debit card. Once you have a valid subscription to a user, you can chat with them via live messenger. Subscriptions can be canceled at any given time.
When you enroll in Memberships with a Creator you follow, you will receive a confirmation from FansText containing the payment terms, FansText cancellation policy, and instructions on how to cancel. Each subscription is charged and automatically renewed monthly. Subscription prices may change at any time. You shall continue to pay the monthly subscription price that was listed at the time of your enrollment, regardless of subsequent pricing changes.
You may cancel your monthly Membership subscription to one or more Creators at any time through your Account settings. The cancellation will go into effect within 15 business days of when you cancel a subscription. You will retain access to a canceled subscription until the end of the then-current subscription term if you need support canceling your subscription from rebilling contact support@fanstext.com.
As a general principle, we kindly inform you that we do not offer refunds on any of our products or services. This policy is in place due to the digital nature of our resources and the significant investment creators make in creating, maintaining, and delivering top-notch content.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and exceptional circumstances may arise that warrant consideration on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation calls for an exception to our refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact our caring support team.

Withdrawals
Withdrawals can be requested by authors at any given time. We allow PayPal & Bank transfers and the transfers are manually made by the administrator, as a two-factor check.
Reporting a user or a post
To report a user or its content, you can go to that user's profile or post, click on the three dots icon, and select report. Our admins will analyze and take action accordingly. You can also block a certain user from seeing your profile or messaging you again.

- If a decision is made regarding the reported content, users have the right to appeal the decision.
- The appeals process allows users to request a review of the decision by a neutral body, ensuring fairness and transparency.
Process for Review:
- Upon receipt of a complaint, our team will review the reported content and assess its compliance with our Standards and applicable laws.
- We may request additional information or evidence from the reporter or other relevant parties to assist in the review process.
Potential Outcomes:
- Following the review, several outcomes are possible:
- Content is found to comply with our Standards and applicable laws, and no further action is taken.
- Content is found to violate our Standards or applicable laws, and appropriate action is taken, which may include removal of the content.
- Content is found to be potentially illegal, and we may escalate the matter to law enforcement authorities.

- We treat all complaints with the utmost confidentiality and respect for privacy.
- Our complaint process is transparent, and we will provide updates on the status of complaints as they progress through the review and resolution process.
